Since the first SAP customers embarked on SAP implementations and support processes, the SAP support environment has evolved tremendously.
SAP has introduced some wonderful IT Excellence products (tools) to their customers that simplify and assist SAP users in managing the SAP solution.
To name but a few, these include: Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), TDMS (Test Data Managing System), CPS (Central Processing Tools), Solution Manager (offering hardware maintenance control tools, storage of master data such as business processes and also very importantly, project management structures of previous SAP projects).
