Background
Galilea Consulting came about due to the shortage in South Africa of skilled and experienced consultants in the arena of establishing SAP CCC's (Customer Competency Centres).
Galilea Consulting is a vibrant and young company ideally suited to short to medium term engagements (6-18 months) whereby SAP CCC's are established and enabled to be SAP-certified, before being handed over to the client as fully staffed, integrated and functional entities. We are able to partake in the establishment of a SAP CCC simply as knowledgeable project members or we will Project Manage it's establishment.
Galilea Consulting comprises of individuals who previously formed part of the management team of a large SAP customer. We have collectively gained 22 years of first-hand experience in the establishment and operation of SAP CCC's in large and complex organisations requiring well managed and top performing SAP support environments. During these years we have had various iterations, and continue to be dynamic, in our pursuit of the structure and process that best addresses our customers' needs.
